Password Reset Help

Kindly Enter Member Code and the Corporate Manager password of NEAT and then click submit.
In the next screen enter Admin user id and then click submit and Enter the New Password and then click submit.After Successful reset, password will be changed to new password.
1. For the members having same code in different segments, Corp Mgr password used is in the following hierarchy:
a. CM segment (If enabled in CM)
b. FO Segment (If not enabled in CM)
c. CD Segment (If not enabled in CM & FO both)
d. WDM Segment (If not enabled in CM,FO & CD)
e. MFSS Segment (If not enabled in CM,FO,CD & WDM)
2.For the members having different code in different segments, use the Corp Mgr password of the respective segment.
3. Members using NOW, also have NEAT corporate manager password created. To reset the same, contact Trading department.
