Members may note that the penalty for non-submission of client collateral segregation for the month December 2025 and as per the decision of Member Committee dated January 2026, levied in terms of (NCL/CMPL/50662, NCL/CMPL/53867 and 51134) shall be collected on April 30, 2026.
